Job Summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking a highly skilled Project and Resource Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and managing integrated site plans and schedules for all onshore and offshore activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrated Site Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage long-, mid-, and short-term integrated site plans for all onshore and offshore works.
  • Translate Long-Term Plans into Daily Schedules: Generate daily transfer and personnel lists to ensure seamless execution of operations.
  • Identify Planning Risks and Opportunities: Provide recommendations to site management on potential program slippages or capacity to accommodate additional work.
  • Resource Management: Perform demand forecasting across the year for vessels, resources, spares, tools, and contractors.
  • Develop Resource Models and Plans: Maximize yield and productivity by proposing innovative solutions to balance available resources against operational requirements.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan logistic solutions to maximize operational time at wind turbine generators (WTG) and minimize travel times and distances.
  • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Management: Manage and update the CMMS (SAP) with accurate records of equipment and resource usage.
  • Raise, Manage, and Close Job Requests: Maintain an accurate overview of operational activities by raising, managing, and closing job requests in the CMMS.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Track the progress of all operations and maintenance activities, including retrofits, inspection campaigns, service progress, and jack-up campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project or Resource Planner in a similar environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge and experience with planning and scheduling tools, including MS Project.
  • Experience with SAP and CMMS software for maintenance management.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
