Job Title: Project Planner

We are seeking a skilled Project Planner to join our team at Mane Contract Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing long-, mid-, and short-term integrated site plans and schedules for all onshore and offshore activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrated Site Planning and Scheduling:
  • Develop and manage long-term integrated site plans for all onshore and offshore works, ensuring efficient execution of operations and maintenance activities.
  • Translate long-term plans into daily schedules, including generating daily transfer and personnel lists.
  • Identify planning risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to site management on potential program slippages or capacity to accommodate additional work.
  • Resource Management:
  • Perform demand forecasting across the year for vessels, resources, spares, tools, and contractors.
  • Develop resource models and plans to maximize yield and productivity.
  • Propose innovative solutions to balance available resources against operational requirements.
  • Logistics Planning:
  • Plan logistic solutions to maximize operational time at wind turbine generators (WTG) and minimize travel times and distances.
  • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Management:
  • Manage and update the CMMS (SAP) with accurate records of equipment and resource usage.
  • Raise, manage, and close job requests in the CMMS to maintain an accurate overview of operational activities.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track the progress of all operations and maintenance activities, including retrofits, inspection campaigns, service progress, and jack-up campaigns.
  • Keep site management informed on the status of all ongoing and completed works.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Project Planner in a similar environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge and experience with planning and scheduling tools, including MS Project.
  • Experience with SAP and CMMS software for maintenance management.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
