Job Title: Retail Deputy Manager

We're looking for a talented Retail Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize store performance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to create a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong merchandising and visual display skills, with the ability to create engaging store displays.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
