Job Title: Engineering Manager

At DistributionNOW, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Process Solutions Engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering group, leading and directing the efforts of the Process Solutions Engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage the Engineering Department, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the career development and training of the engineering group, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  3. Recruit and hire engineering personnel, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and expertise to drive business success.
  4. Provide field commissioning and technical support for products, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor of Science in Engineering or relevant field, with a strong background in process engineering.
  2. Relevant business experience and knowledge, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
