Job Title: Engineering Manager

At DistributionNOW, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Process Solutions Engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering group, leading and directing the efforts of the Process Solutions Engineering staff, and developing, leading, and managing the Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Lead and direct the efforts of the Process Solutions Engineering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Oversee the career development and training of the engineering group, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  4. Recruit and hire engineering personnel, ensuring the team has the right mix of skills and experience to meet business needs.
  5. Field commissioning and technical support for products, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Science in Engineering highly preferred.
  2. Relevant business experience and knowledge required.
  3. Computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel and Word).
  4. Ability to make and be responsible for decisions while following established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
