Financial Control Specialist Opportunity

Peak Scientific Instruments Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Specialist to join our HQ team in Inchinnan. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust financial control function, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure effective control measures are in place.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Relevant professional accountancy, risk management, or related qualification.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in financial control, risk management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
