Job Title: Group Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to join our team at Global Accounting Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial management and control services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including management accounts, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Financial Control: Establish and maintain effective financial controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and prevent financial misstatements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure that financial information is accurate and timely.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: ICAS/ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial management and control, ideally in a high-growth business environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply accounting guidance.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of team leadership and mentorship, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
