Job Title: Programme Manager - Transformation Expert
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Programme Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, and act as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, and support the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our portfolio and programme management products and services, and share best practices and lessons learned.
- Embrace and promote the use of digital tools and solutions to enhance portfolio and programme delivery and performance.
Requirements:
- Experience working on programmes, healthcare programme management experience desirable.
- Good understanding of programme management requirements and how it relates to healthcare facilities.
- Ability to work in relevant programme management processes and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, in person and written.
- Degree qualified in a relevant field.
- Professional membership desirable.
