Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting disabled children, their parents, and carers, as well as carrying out assessments and safeguarding risk assessments. This role requires strong communication skills, experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support disabled children and their families through assessment, planning, and implementation of support plans
  • Carry out complex safeguarding risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of disabled children
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide comprehensive support services
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Social Work England (SWE) registration
  • At least 1 year of post-qualifying experience in a similar role within the UK Social Care industry
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance (we can facilitate this process)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
