Volunteer Development Specialist

The Volunteer Development Specialist will be responsible for standardising the volunteering experience by implementing the organisational Volunteer Strategy locally. This includes drawing on best practice within Hestia's Central Volunteering Team and ensuring that local staff are familiar with Hestia's Volunteer guidance. The successful candidate will also lead on the recruitment of Volunteers, including identifying and recruiting volunteers and progressing relevant reference and DBS checks. A competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career development.
