About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to fill the role of Mental Health Project Manager for the Good Energy Club project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of physical activity sessions to individuals with mental health conditions or low levels of wellbeing, aged 18 or over, living in the Kingston borough.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate the implementation of the organisational Volunteer Strategy
  • Manage a local volunteering database to record and monitor volunteering outcomes
  • Develop and implement a varied weekly timetable of groups and activities promoting physical activity
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager and Hestia's Fundraising Team to develop funding proposals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage volunteers effectively
  • Deliver sports to a wide range of users and ensure excellent customer service
  • Provide ongoing support to volunteers and data management
  • Prepare and submit reports and statistical records
