About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Impact Assessment Graduate to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our Impact Assessment Practice Area (IAPA), you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in delivering environmentally sustainable projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary environmental inputs across various infrastructure development projects to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Work with clients and design teams to identify environmental constraints, develop solutions, and deliver benefits.
  • Prepare environmental assessment reports and provide post-planning consent support to projects.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant first degree and potentially a post-graduate degree in a field such as environmental impact assessment, environmental economics, or environmental science.
  • A good understanding of digital solutions for tackling environment and sustainability challenges.
  • Ability to work flexibly under pressure and travel for site surveys and equipment transportation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Time management skills to coordinate task completion and meet project deadlines.
