Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Preparation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for customer handover, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to inspect vehicles thoroughly and identify any issues that may impact customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect vehicles thoroughly, checking for cleanliness, road-worthiness, and compliance with documentation requirements.
  2. Identify any damage or maintenance issues, reporting these findings and completing all necessary documentation at collection points.
  3. Work closely with the Station Manager, Fleet Manager, and Team Leader to assist in all tasks, including vehicle movements, customer service, and business development activities.
  4. Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional and up to company standards.
  5. Drive company vehicles safely, adhering to the Company Driving Standards Policy.
