Job Overview

The TE Connectivity Operation's Advantage (TEOA) program is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the execution of its transformational program. As a key member of the TEA team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead the implementation of Lean practices and facilitate Kaizen events in a high-mix-low volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the TEOA transformation program, ensuring alignment with TE Connectivity's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive the adoption of Lean practices and behaviors throughout the plant, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and guide the transformation process, ensuring the successful implementation of Lean initiatives and the sustaining of changes.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to employees, facilitating training and development programs to accelerate knowledge of Lean practices.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with TE Connectivity's corporate initiatives and regional practices.
  • Identify and organize resources to achieve consistency and standardization across the plant.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Operations, Manufacturing, or Engineering, with a strong background in Lean practices and Kaizen event facilitation.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and connect with people at all levels.
  • Ability to transform good into excellence, embedding Lean in the way we work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Lean, 6Sigma, or similar qualifications, with experience in high-mix-low volume manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in SAP, PowerBi, and Microsoft 365.
  • 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at Grade 7 or equivalent experience.
