Job Overview

The TE Connectivity Operation's Advantage (TEOA) program is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the execution of its transformational program. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the program's objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive the transformation of the manufacturing facility, focusing on Lean principles and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Coach and mentor employees to develop their skills and knowledge in Lean practices, with a focus on problem-solving, process improvement, and quality.
  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities to drive sustainable change and improve operational productivity.
  • Monitor and report progress against key metrics, ensuring alignment with ADM BU region practices and corporate initiatives.
  • Identify and organize resources to achieve consistency and standardization across the plant.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Operations, Manufacturing, or Engineering, with a strong background in Lean practices and project management.
  • Ability to transform good into excellence, embedding Lean principles in the way we work.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and lead by example.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand statistical and graphical data.
  • Experience with SAP, PowerBi, and Microsoft 365.
  • 5 GCSE's including Maths and English at Grade 7 or equivalent experience.
