Job Overview

Acceleration Partners, a leading global partnerships agency, seeks an experienced Global Partnership Strategist - Travel Industry to join their team. This role involves managing client relationships, developing effective strategies, and analyzing data to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Communication: Provide exceptional service to clients, lead weekly calls, send regular reporting, and manage follow-up questions and communications.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies for achieving client goals, monitor fraud and affiliate compliance, and oversee successful client programs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data to find opportunities and identify issues, provide clients with regular reporting, and develop strategic program plans.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead team members, supervise account activities, manage workloads, and delegate projects accordingly.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in client service/account management with leading brand names or high-profile accounts.
  • Direct affiliate marketing experience required, with knowledge of affiliate networks (Awin, Affilinet, CJ, Webgains, Linkshare, Impact Radius, Performance Horizon, etc.).
  • Fluent in German, with advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
  • Prior experience in managing and motivating direct reports, with confidence, poise, and eloquence in client meetings and difficult situations.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience.
