Cardiac Ablation Solutions Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager for Cardiac Ablation Solutions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing business with all customers in the defined sales district. Your primary objective will be to provide excellent training, education, and technical support to ensure we exceed targets while enhancing Medtronic's reputation in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and call plans for hospitals across your territory.
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.
- Offer technical support to customers and implant support to the clinical team in the catheterization laboratory/operating theatres.
- Organize and conduct training to customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
- Support marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement.
- Ensure the highest level of expertise is attained and maintained by developing and maintaining comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge and understanding competitive products, features, and strengths.
- Knowledge of Electrophysiology.
- Background as a Cardiac Physiologist or in Cardiology.
- Ability to work in an operating room environment.
- Experience from sales of medical devices.
- Good communication and influencing skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- A positive person with strong entrepreneurial skills who brings passion, energy, and excellence to their work.
- Clean UK driving license.
