POSITION SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to internal and external customers, resolving complex issues and building strong relationships. Your expertise in Turkish language will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and provide tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in handling complex customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will be responsible for placing customer sales orders, receiving and handling customer inquiries, and resolving questions and complaints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide customer service support to internal and external customers
  • Resolve complex customer issues and complaints
  • Place customer sales orders in a timely manner
  • Receive and handle customer inquiries and requests
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years of progressive customer service experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent education and experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Turkish language
