Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Social Worker to join our Adult Services team in Lancashire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult social care, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering individuals to live independently. In this rewarding role, you will conduct assessments, develop support plans, and work collaboratively with service users, families, and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess service users' needs and create personalized support plans.
  • Collaborate with service users, families, and professionals to deliver effective services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Experience in adult social care, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:
  • Salary range: £39,513 - £44,711 per annum.
  • Annual leave entitlement: up to 32 days plus bank holidays.
