About the Role

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced Business Crime and Regulatory Solicitor to join their esteemed team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2-4 PQE associate to navigate complex Financial Regulations and defend clients in high-stakes Business Crime cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in matters related to fraud, bribery, corruption, and money laundering
  • Handle regulatory investigations and proceedings involving financial regulatory bodies such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Serious Fraud Office (SFO)
  • Conduct internal investigations for corporate clients to identify and address potential regulatory breaches
  • Draft comprehensive legal documents, reports, and case files
  • Conduct thorough legal research and stay informed about developments in financial regulatory law and business crime
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored legal solutions and ongoing support

Requirements

  • 2-4 PQE Business Crime & Regulatory Solicitor
  • Understanding of Financial Regulatory frameworks
  • Proven track record in managing complex and high-profile cases
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
