Compass Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at an elderly nursing home near Huddersfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team in delivering high-quality patient care and assisting with day-to-day management of the nursing home.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Unit Manager or Deputy Manager seeking a new challenge. Our client provides high-quality care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care
  2. Assist with day-to-day management of the nursing home
  3. Develop and implement effective care plans
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 1 year experience as a Deputy Manager or Unit Manager
  2. Previous Nursing Home experience
  3. Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
  4. A genuine passion for elderly care
