SEMH Inclusion Specialist

You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to develop and implement personalized plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. This may involve supporting students with Autism, EBD or ADHD, as well as those with physical disabilities or learning difficulties.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive training program includes Makaton, PECS and Team Teach Level 2, as well as regular coaching and mentoring sessions to support your professional development.
In addition to a generous pay package, the successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including a refer-a-friend bonus scheme and access to free CPD opportunities.
