About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Director Lead to drive the overall marketing strategy for D&D London.

This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact on the marketing direction of one of the most respected restaurant groups in London and UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing team, driving both brand success and revenue growth, while leveraging their expertise to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for D&D London, with a strong focus on increasing revenue and sales through innovative digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Brand Management: Elevate the D&D brand across all platforms, ensuring consistency while allowing each venue to maintain its unique identity and charm.
  • Social Media & Paid Advertising: Design and execute robust social media strategies and paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • SEO & Digital Optimisation: Oversee SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and digital presence, ensuring all online content is optimised to drive conversions.
  • Loyalty Program Development: Expand and refine our loyalty program to encourage repeat visits and customer retention, using targeted campaigns to drive engagement and grow customer lifetime value.
  • Event Marketing: Spearhead the promotion of group events and exclusive hires, including corporate events and weddings, working to maximise revenue from these key opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics to measure campaign performance and provide insights that shape strategy, optimising customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, sales, and restaurant teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals, leveraging marketing to drive footfall, bookings, and overall guest satisfaction.
