Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for maintaining contact with your own accounts and building valuable long-term relationships. This will involve finding new opportunities to drive the company's sales through upselling and cross-selling.
This role offers a nice balance between sales, customer service, and order processing. You will be a great problem-solver with an analytical mindset, able to investigate and resolve customer complaints easily.
You will be comfortable with IT, using Microsoft applications, particularly Excel spreadsheets and formulas, and ERP systems. You will work to procedures carefully constructed to deliver the best experience to our customers.
You will be able to work equally well as part of a team as using your own initiative. Most importantly, we are looking for a customer-focused person who is good with developing relationships on the phone.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or order processing
