We're growing rapidly, and to keep up with this pace, we're seeking an Executive Chef to join our team. This role will support the rollout of exciting company menus and food offers across schools in your area.
The RoleAs our Executive Chef, you'll develop and deliver innovative food, ensuring an understanding of financial, operational, and consumer requirements. You'll work with Chefs and Unit Managers to maintain high food standards, presentation, and quality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing engaging food offers and marketing initiatives that are on trend, innovative, and profitable
- Ensuring our food offering increases sales and encourages retention of existing business
- Coaching and developing Chefs in your area across core areas - company standards, compliance, and policies in food health, safety, and quality
- Ensuring excellent levels of service are delivered consistently to customers, with any problems addressed and resolved quickly
- Compliance with all Company and Client policies, site rules, and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, and COSHH
You'll currently work in a development or senior culinary role, demonstrating creativity and flair in the food you produce. With strong industry acumen, you stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and innovations. You have a strong financial understanding, including budgets and costs, and can pass this understanding on to Chefs in your area. You're able to communicate at different levels, drive company initiatives, and engage audiences. Having worked in a compliance-led environment, you understand the importance of following policies and procedures.
