About the Job:We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO of a thriving business in Romsey, Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling various administrative tasks with precision.
About the Role:- Schedule Coordination: Ensure the CEO's calendar is up-to-date and accurate at all times, making timely arrangements for meetings and travel.
- Meeting Preparation: Arrange travel, book venues, catering, agendas, and equipment as required, ensuring seamless meeting setups.
- Time Efficiency: Continuously seek ways to improve time management and streamline bookings, appointments, and meetings.
- Travel Organisation: Organize travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and currency, always securing the best deals and efficient journeys.
- Weekly Check-ins: Conduct weekly calendar and meeting reviews to stay ahead on priorities and commitments.
- Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they are fully prepared and have everything they need.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Tackle unique tasks that keep the role interesting and challenging.
- Experienced EA/PA: You have a strong background in supporting C-suite executives, understanding the importance of creating efficiencies.
- Proactive Approach: You're a proactive problem solver with a knack for anticipating needs and finding solutions.
- Organised & Methodical: Precision in travel plans and schedules is crucial to your success.
