The successful candidate will have a background of working for large-scale organisations with large employee data sets and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- **Analyzing and Interpreting Complex Data:** Analyze, interpret, and present highly complex information from large data sets to inform assessment of performance of complex organisations and to help identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Reporting and Maintaining Workforce Systems:** Experience of reporting and maintaining workforce systems in relation to data quality, including the adoption, development, and oversight of the main data reporting tool for the team.
- **Data Analysis and Presentation:** Advanced experience/skills in preparing complex information and presenting it in different types of media and to groups of people, including the ability to effectively plan and time manage workloads and prioritise tasks and conflicting demands on time and resources.
- **Data Quality and Validation:** Detailed analysis, validation, and triangulation of various types of data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Provide all the information required in the correct timescales for external organisations, as necessary, and to communicate/present the information to a wide range of stakeholders, determining the best form for communicating/presenting the information, from simple to highly complex.
- **Experience:** In-depth experience in information analysis, ideally workforce, production of reports or similar transferable skills.
- **Skills:** Advanced experience/skills in preparing complex information and presenting it in different types of media and to groups of people, including the ability to effectively plan and time manage workloads and prioritise tasks and conflicting demands on time and resources.
- **Knowledge:** Understanding of data structures within HR workforce systems, including NHS/ESR systems.
- **Temporary Contract:** 6 months temporary contract via Hays on hourly rates.
- **Salary:** £27 - £31.74 PAYE/£31 - £35.97 Umbrella.
- **Location:** Based in Southampton but some homework available.
