HR Advisor

The role of HR Advisor - Workforce Strategy Expert involves ensuring the delivery of the organisation's Workforce Strategy by providing timely and effective HR and OD advice and support to the HR Business Partners and management teams across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include facilitating the development of workforce capability and capacity and ensuring effective employee relations across the organisation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the development and implementation of effective HR policy and practice for the organisation as a modern and sustainable employer of choice.
Additionally, the HR Advisor will contribute to workforce planning activity using information and insight on workforce needs and providing solutions and support to develop performance and productivity.
This is a 4-month contract with the possibility of extension. Hybrid working is available.
- Provide first level professional advice and support to ensure changes to workforce structures and working practices are managed in accordance with policies
- Support the HR Business Partners in the implementation of appropriate HR and OD interventions that support employee engagement and improve performance outcomes
- Provide first level of HR support for employee relations queries and case work against policies and procedures
- Contribute to workforce planning activity using information and insight on workforce needs and providing solutions and support to develop performance and productivity
