Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading provider of premium heating equipment. This field-based role will cover the Hampshire area and offer a competitive salary, uncapped bonus scheme, pension, full training, and a fully equipped demo vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the defence industry
- Nurture relationships with existing accounts to drive sales growth
- Achieve sales and margin targets through effective business development strategies
- Stay commercially astute and technically minded to provide expert advice to clients
- Demonstrate successful sales experience in a technical/trade role
