We are seeking a highly skilled Workday AMS Reporting Consultant to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our post-deployment services team, you will work closely with our global customer base to deliver enterprise-scale Workday solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role in which you will be responsible for managing tickets coming into the Reporting Functional Area. Your main objectives will include:

  • Initial triage of tickets to assess and correct case type, impact, urgency, and priority.
  • E nsuring adherence to 'Target Response Time' and 'Target Fix Time' SLA's.
  • Collaborating with the Functional Manager to assess the Reporting queue and implement process improvements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent customer focus, able to build relationships and manage expectations. Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure are also essential. We are looking for someone who is a natural problem solver and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Requirements

The minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Workday HCM and Reporting Certified.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sensible decisions.
  • Able to implement improvements in tools and/or processes.
  • Commercial understanding of utilisation within a services organisation.
Desirable Qualifications

We would welcome applicants with additional certifications or professional qualifications in their area of expertise. Experience in post deployment services would also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, pension plan, and 25 days annual leave. The estimated total compensation package for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, including bonuses and other benefits.
