**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions to residents with complex physical and neurological conditions.

**Main Responsibilities:**
  1. You will formulate and deliver an individual Occupational Therapy management and treatment programme based on specialist knowledge of clinically reasoned and evidence-based practice and treatment options.
  2. You will employ advanced clinical assessment, knowledge, and reasoning skills to provide treatment using a broad range of techniques and other alternative options.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  1. Occupational Therapy profession qualification.
  2. Extensive and relevant post-qualification clinical experience with children and young people who have complex needs.
  3. Demonstrated evidence of highly effective clinical reasoning skills.
  4. Highly specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models.

Salary Information: This role offers an annual salary of £38,000.
