Job Title: Lead Occupational Therapist

Location: Hertfordshire, England

Type: Permanent

Salary: £45,000 per annum

An experienced Occupational Therapist is required to take on a leadership role in our mental health services. As the Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Occupational Therapy Service across CAMHS and Adult services.

About the Role:

  • Develop living skills, rehabilitation, and educational opportunities/therapies under the strategic direction of the Therapy Lead and other members of the Senior Management Team.
  • Work with patients to identify and prioritise their needs before planning and delivering interventions, either individually or in groups.
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of individual treatment plans for occupational therapy services.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapist Assistants, and students.
