We are seeking an experienced Investment Administrator to join our team in a more senior role. As a key member of the Hurst Point Group, you will provide administrative support to our Investment Managers and help drive the success of our business.

About the Role

This full-time position is based in Exeter or Salisbury and offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be responsible for setting up and processing payments, creating and maintaining client records, and dealing with calls and emails from clients and Investment Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Investment Managers, including setting up and processing payments and creating and maintaining client records.
  • Deal with calls and emails from clients and Investment Managers, ensuring that they are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronic and hard copy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English.
  • Financial Services administration experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
