Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide system support for HR functions, including KRONOS and SAP HR
  • Identify and recommend changes to improve system functionality in line with business needs
  • Deliver and support training needs across the business
  • Work in partnership with the wider HR team, Payroll, Operations, and Finance teams to meet business objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a system specialist or in a similar role (preferable retail industry)
  • Strong knowledge of project and people management
  • Ability to analyze and improve systems and current processes
  • Strong strategic and agile thinking skills
  • MS Office experience, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and data management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
