Senior Early Years Practitioner Wanted: Blom and Blom is recruiting for a highly skilled Nursery Room Leader to work in our Edinburgh day nursery. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality childcare services.

About the Position:
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging activities that promote children's learning and development. You will also be required to monitor and record children's progress, as well as plan and implement next steps to support their growth. A key aspect of this role is supporting children's development through safe, stimulating child-centred learning and play.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver activities to extend children's learning and development outcomes
• Monitor and assess children's progress
• Plan and implement next steps to support children's growth
• Support children's development through safe, stimulating child-centred learning and play

Qualifications and Skills:
The successful candidate will hold an NNEB, CACHE, EYT or an equivalent Early Years Practitioner / Teaching qualification. They will also possess a deep understanding of the EYFS, planning and assessment procedures, as well as safeguarding policies and procedures. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive starting salary of £28,000.00 - £32,000.00 per hour, negotiable, plus a range of employee benefits, including a generous holiday allowance.
