The Senior Development Manager will play a vital role in growing and managing a portfolio of prospects, including individuals, trusts, foundations, or statutory bodies. You will be responsible for scoping fundraising project development, including budgeting, preparing solicitation plans, and face-to-face major gift asks. With your excellent networking and negotiation skills, you will build meaningful associations with internal stakeholders, such as academic staff, project champions, and University executive leadership.
We anticipate that you will have a degree-level qualification or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant discipline and significant fundraising experience. You will be able to demonstrate expertise in case for support/proposal writing and an ability to grow and manage a portfolio of prospects. If you are a strategic thinker with a track record of securing agreements and delivering results, we would like to hear from you.
