The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our dynamic sales teams across Cardiff, North Wales, and Leeds. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of 20, and ensuring the achievement of our ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably as a Sales Director.
- Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
