Dedicated SEN Educator Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher to join our team at Link 3 Recruitment. The successful candidate will have experience in creating engaging lesson plans and delivering them to students with diverse learning needs.
You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring each student receives the support they require.
The salary range is estimated to be around £160-£200 per day, considering factors such as location and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver tailored lessons and interventions to students with a range of special educational needs.
- Develop and implement strategies that support personalised learning, with a focus on differentiated instruction.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to develop IEPs and monitor students' progress.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive classroom environment where every student feels valued and capable.
- Collaborate with external professionals as needed to provide holistic support for students.
