We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Tailored Education Professional to join our client's team in the S45 area. As a Tailored Education Professional, you will work closely with students who require additional support to reach their full potential.

About the Role:

  • You will deliver tailored lessons and interventions to students with special educational needs.
  • You will work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • You will monitor and track students' progress, making adjustments to teaching methods and resources as needed.
  • You will foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages every student to feel valued and capable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored lessons and interventions to students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies that support personalised learning, focusing on differentiated instruction.
  • Collaborate with external professionals where needed to provide holistic support for students.
