Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Sales to spearhead our international commercialization efforts. This role will develop and execute strategies to drive market adoption and revenue growth, manage a cross-functional team, and oversee P&L responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee global sales revenue and profitability.
    • Continuously track business performance and implement plans to meet or exceed targets.
    • Lead significant international sales initiatives, ensuring they are well-planned, executed, and yield strong ROI.
  • Team Leadership & Culture
    • Enhance the current team through development and training, while recruiting new talent to support expansion.
    • Collaborate with North American counterparts and channel GMs to ensure unified efforts.
    • Effectively allocate resources across different functions to optimize performance.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Work with the Executive Leadership Team to create a strategic roadmap for international sales.
    • Implement strategic plans to foster business growth and achieve set goals.
    • Convert long-term strategic plans into actionable annual objectives.
    • Lead the annual strategic planning process for the business.
    • Develop and implement strategies with the international team to achieve brand and commercial goals.
Requirements
  • Prior leadership in P&L management.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a history of meeting sales goals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to build and excel in a structured environment.
  • Visionary thinker with the ability to simplify complex issues into actionable steps.
  • Strong financial skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different functions.
