About This Role:

We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our team. As Regional Sales Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell building products to merchants and housebuilders
  • BUILD relationships with key customers such as Travis Perkins, Jewson, and Buildbase/Huws Gray
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in sales roles within the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with building products and their applications

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 plus bonus (c.£10k) plus £7,000 car allowance
