What You'll Do: As an HR Manager, you will partner with the Executive and Operational Management teams, offering practical HR expertise and ensuring the business complies with employment legislation, best practices, and regulatory guidelines. You'll oversee one HR team member to deliver seamless support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on performance management, redundancies, disciplinary matters, grievances, TUPE processes, exits, and more.
* Culture and Morale: Foster a positive working environment to enhance employee engagement, retention, and morale.
* Talent Development: Identify training needs for individuals and teams, support staff development, and implement HR initiatives.
* Planning and Reporting: Lead workforce and succession planning, talent mapping, and risk assessment.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need solid HR generalist experience, strong time management and attention to detail, flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment, strong relationship-building skills, and a creative, solution-oriented mindset that challenges the status quo. You'll also require comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as experience with HRIS/HCM systems (experience with ADP is a strong advantage).

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Location: Central London, Bedfordshire, or Reading. Flexible remote work options available.
