We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials to meet the build programme of our prestigious developments in the Northern Home Counties Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Procure brickwork, carpentry, and sanitary materials
- Hire plant equipment such as cabins, forklifts, fencing, cranes, etc.
- Compile monthly reports on budgeting control for all materials
- Resolve supplier disputes
- Support the estimating team with pre-tender quotations and resolve material specification issues
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 3-5 years of procurement experience with a residential property developer
- Experience with procuring materials for new build developments
- Some knowledge of construction techniques
- Comprehension of building, environmental, and disability standards
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record with stable UK employment and exposure to residential construction with a recognized developer or company
The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience.
