About the Role

The High-Performance Powertrain Specialist will be responsible for leading thermodynamic development investigations and collaborating with team members to design, develop, and implement accurate measurement tools.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to contribute to the development of championship-winning Power Units.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thermodynamic development testing on components and systems as directed.
  • Develop innovative methods to improve testing quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Report work according to company standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of thermodynamic principles and their application in high-performance powertrains.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
