High-Performance Powertrain Specialist

The Thermodynamics Development Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing accurate measurement tools, conducting thermodynamic development testing, and innovating methods to improve testing quality, consistency, and efficiency.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to contribute to the development of championship-winning Power Units.
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement accurate measurement tools.
- Conduct thermodynamic development testing on components and systems as directed.
- Develop innovative methods to improve testing quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Proven experience in high-power output racing engine thermodynamic development.
- Able to analyze data and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
