This role offers a highly competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and flexible/remote work options within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the North of England
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the creative services industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mastery of marketing principles, including print, POS, merchandising, and packaging
