Regional Business Development Representative

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in selling ground shoring products, including trench boxes, manhole boxes, and pipe lifter, to groundworkers in the East Midlands region.
About the Role:- Sell ground shoring products, including trench boxes, manhole boxes, and pipe lifter, to groundworkers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for formwork and falsework after 6 months.
- Focus on new business development, securing 80% of sales from own contacts and existing client database.
- Nurture existing relationships, securing 20% of sales from existing clients.
- Preferably with experience in ground shoring, temporary works, or civil engineering field sales.
- Knowledge of formwork and falsework may be beneficial.
- Ideal applicant will have territory management skills/field sales proven track record.
- Empathetic, energetic, driven, passionate, and enthusiastic individual.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £45,000 - £55,000 + £12,000 - £18,000 commission per year. Benefits include a hybrid car or car allowance of £550 per month, plus a full benefits package.
