Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Expansion Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing business growth strategies across the Midlands region, focusing on the wiring systems and lighting controls division.

About the Role
This is a fully remote position that requires excellent communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to work independently. You will be part of a close-knit team and will contribute to improving customer relationships, sales, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive sales expansion within the wiring systems and lighting controls division
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Work closely with the internal sales team and other business development managers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication

Requirements
* A proven track record in a similar business development manager or area sales manager role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and remotely from home
