Job Description:
\We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team in the East Midlands/East Anglia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new prospects, and promoting our products to commercial clients and prospects.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth in the designated territory through effective sales and marketing strategies.\
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.\
- Develop and implement effective sales plans, including forecasting and budgeting.\
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.\
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve growth targets and exceed sales expectations.\

Requirements:
\To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the windows, doors, fenestration, and fabrication markets.\
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.\
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.\
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.\
