About the Role:

At Liftec Express, we are seeking a highly skilled Elevator Modernisation Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for pricing, quoting, and selling modernisation projects to achieve a set financial target within the Manchester and North of the UK region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain internal safety accreditation to conduct site surveys for modernisation and full replacements.
• Secure modernisation opportunities through existing relationships and convert them into orders.
• Identify and develop new customers through networking and a proactive customer visit plan.
• Plan and manage your own sales activity to achieve set financial targets.

Requirements:

• Technical lift experience and a proven track record in sales within modernisation, major repairs, or new equipment.
• A go-getting attitude, charisma, and good listening skills.
